How to Order

Step 1
Select your preferred gang sheet size.

Step 2
Add the product to your cart and checkout.

Step 3
Email your order number & file to customisehq@gmail.com .

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BACKGROUND HAS BEEN REMOVED.

Step 4
Use the Order Notes section during checkout if you have any special instructions or requests.

 

How To Create Your Own Designs

Using a PC

Go to Canva.com 

Hit the CREATE button located in the top left hand side of your screen.

Under CREATE A DESIGN click on CUSTOM SIZE .

Under CUSTOM SIZE type in the size of the sheet you would like to order. 

The sizes are as follows:

Full Sheet:  31 x 40 CM

Half Sheet:  31 x 20 CM

Quarter Sheet:  15.5 x 20 CM

Make sure to change the units to CM.

Click on CREATE NEW DESIGN .

On the left hand side of your screen click on UPLOADS .

Click on UPLOAD FILES .

Choose your file to upload.

Once the file has uploaded you will see it on the left hand side of your screen.

Click on the file and it will appear on the sheet.

Now you can add how many you would like and size them to the size your require.

Once you are happy with your design on the top right hand side of your screen click on SHARE .

Click on DOWNLOAD .

File type: PNG

Make sure the TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND box is ticked .

Click on DOWNLOAD .

From here you can email your order number and the file to customisehq@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE:  The file that you send will be what is printed.  The onus is up to you to check your file for spelling and design.

Artwork Requirements

To achieve the best print quality, please ensure your artwork meets the following requirements:

• PNG format with a transparent background

• 300 DPI resolution or higher

• Artwork supplied at the final print size whenever possible

• Designs must be print-ready

Please note:

• We print your files exactly as supplied.

• We do not check spelling, edit artwork or resize designs unless this service has been purchased.

• Low-resolution images may produce blurry or pixelated prints.

How to Apply Your UV DTF Sticker

1. Clean the surface thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry.

2. Slowly peel the clear top layer and discard the white backing strip.
   

3. Carefully position the design onto your item.

4. Press firmly over the entire design using a scraper or card.

5. Slowly peel away the clear top film.

6. Your transfer is now complete and ready to enjoy.

Care Instructions

• Apply only to clean, smooth, hard surfaces.

• Store unused transfers flat in a cool, dry place.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight before application.

• Clean decorated items using a soft damp cloth.

• Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners.

• Although highly durable, hand washing is recommended where possible to maximise the life of your transfer.
