SHIPPING

All orders are sent with Australia Post Standard Delivery service.  Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday anywhere within Australia to a street or PO Box address.

Please ensure that you provide your correct mobile phone number and email address.  We require this information so that we can provide you with your tracking number. 

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery name and address.  Should your item be delivered to the incorrect address as a result of the incorrect address being supplied , the purchaser will not be provided with a refund for the miss delivery of the item and addtional postage charges will be incurred to have the item delivered to the correct address.

All orders are marked to be signed for at the time of delivery.

All Australia Post orders are carbon neutral deliveries meaning that Australia Post purchases carbon credits to offset the emissions of your delivery.

If you are not at home at the time of the delivery , Australia Post will provide a card to advise you that your item is to be collected from the stated pickup address or post office.

If the item is being delivered to a business address , please provide the name of the business and the name of the person it is being delivered to.

We currently don't offer Express Post but if you do require Express Post please email us at customisehq@gmail.com and we will happily arrange this for you.
