BROKEN GOODS IN TRANSIT

We take every measure to ensure that your glassware is delivered in one piece.  In the event that it arrives broken, please follow the below steps.  Broken goods will only be accepted within 7 days of reciept of delivery.

1.  Please take the following pictures:

a. Clear picture of the broken item in the original packaging.

b. Clear picture of the section on the item that is broken.

c.  Clear picture of the broken item including the engraved section on the item.

2.  Please email these images to customisehq@gmail.com.

Custiomise HQ will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the replacement.
